How to File an RTI Application
You can file an RTI application through the following methods:
- Online: Visit the RTI Online Portal (rtionline.gov.in) and submit your application electronically.
- By Post / In Person: Send a written application to the CPIO at the address below with an application fee of ₹10 (by Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft / Court Fee Stamp).

Application Fee
- Application fee: ₹10
- Additional fee for information: ₹2 per page (A4/A3 size)
- BPL (Below Poverty Line) applicants are exempt from fees (attach BPL certificate)
Time Limit for Response
- Normal requests: 30 days from receipt of application
- Matters concerning life or liberty: 48 hours
- First appeal: Within 30 days of receiving the CPIO's response
- Second appeal: To the Central Information Commission (CIC) within 90 days

As per Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act, BPAHC proactively discloses the following information:
- Organisational structure and functions
- Powers and duties of officers and employees
- Rules, regulations, and instructions
- Annual reports and budget allocations
- List of affiliated institutions
- Registered professionals directory
