To regulate and maintain a register of qualified allied health professionals, approve educational institutions, and ensure compliance with prescribed standards of professional conduct in Bihar.

About BPAHC / पार्षद् के बारे में
The Bihar Professional Allied and Healthcare Council (BPAHC) is a statutory body established under the Health Department, Government of Bihar. The Council is responsible for regulating the education and practice of allied health professionals across the state.
BPAHC oversees 12 allied health professions including Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiology and Imaging Technology, Optometry, Occupational Therapy, and more. The Council maintains a state register of qualified practitioners and approves institutions offering allied health education.
