Affiliation Process / संबद्धता प्रक्रिया

  1. Submit application form along with required documents to BPAHC office.
  2. Pay the affiliation fee as per the fee schedule.
  3. BPAHC will conduct an inspection of the institution.
  4. Inspection report will be reviewed by the Governing Body.
  5. Approval letter will be issued upon satisfactory compliance.
